Set in 2013, fifteen-year old Ukrainian gymnast Olga is eagerly preparing for international competition when the Maiden revolution erupts in Kyiv. Exiled to Switzerland for her own safety, Olga begins training with the Swiss team and sets her sights on the European Championships.

Grappling with language barriers and teammate rivalries, all while worrying for the fates of her friends and mother back in Kyiv, Olga must reconcile her personal goals with that of her homeland to decide what she is prepared to sacrifice.
