Filmed over the course of eight years, we meet John O’Brien, a small fisherman from the island of Inis Bó Finne. Following his fight for the right to fish in the Donegal seas, we witness John’s European campaign, exposing the global problems faced by small fisherman and the complexities involved between EU decisions and the communities that they affect.

A compelling companion for Senior Cycle Geography Elective Unit 4: Patterns and Processes in Economic Activities.
